For bulk orders we use cargo for shipment over 25 kg. For small orders we can use any choice of your courier or our shipping partner DHL. For more relatively economical courier we use Aramex.
It takes up to 4-5 days for delivery around the world.

For bulk orders we will send your production sample for approval. Once approved we will make as per the final Production sample. In event of wrong delivery we will accept return of the goods, if provided with genuine reason for return within 5 days of receiving the goods. The value of goods will be credited upon return after deducting the shipping charges.

We have been working in the business for over 12 years as Red Cashmere and this company is a unit of Nepal Pashmina Industry which has history of over 30 years in this business. Over time we have built relationship with suppliers and buyers. In between we have done many lab test for our material and we have 100% pass record. Our products for brands gets tested by our customer. A copy of lab test with purity test can be provided upon request from for significant order quanity.

We accept bank Transfer to our company account. We have account with Standard Charter bank which is an international bank. We can also work through LC ( letter of Credit) if the order amount is substantial.

For small orders, we do accept Credit Cards or Western Union transfer.

Our in house production capacity is 4000 pieces per month in 1 shift. If required we can run 2 shift to increase production by another 50-60% giving total output of 6000 pieces per month.
